This book has my highest recommendation. It is remarkably well written. There is so much information and it is presented in a manner that is easily understandable and compelling to read. It is a gem of a book.

This work is a complete and well researched compilation of what seems like every known mishap of flights, both accidental and criminal as well as suicidal.

Easy to read accounts of some of the worst air disasters in history.

Very good representation of the facts of each incident. Especially liked the information about the legal battles after the event. I appreciated the stories of the pilots who performed miracles in the cockpit and those who should have never been in a cockpit. The only correction I have is that wake turbulence is due to vortices generated by the wing tips, not the engines as stated in the book. Great book, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
