On the other, it is so poorly written, organized and edited that it's not worth the time it takes to slog through it. There's a better manual in here somewhere if the author will make time for careful revisions.
Good information, if you're a beginner just looking for some ideas of what dispatching is, and the basic steps of trying to become one.
As someone else mentioned, there is really not much in this book at anyone who has any trucking experience will benefit from. Also the information is dated and the formatting does not work correctly.

The most valuable info for me was the contact info and information about rates.I also found some editorial mistakes in spelling and grammar. Overall still a good read for a beginner.
